Sunday, May 3rd 5:30-7:30pm- Burgundy Wine Class and Tasting The Burgundy region is the home of the Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes and still produces benchmark examples of these wines. This class will teach you the basics of the region and it’s wines but, more importantly, you’ll taste truly great examples of these wines. In white, we’ll sample a Macon, a Premiere Cru Chablis and a Meursault. Red wines featured will be a Vosne-Romanee, a Pommard and a Bourgogne Rouge.
